Quack is a party game designed to be played in person by passing a single device between players. Your privacy is important to us, and we've built Quack with a privacy-first approach. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Quack does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account, login, or any personal information to use. Player names entered during gameplay are processed locally only — they exist solely in the device's temporary memory (RAM) and are never saved to disk, sent to any server, or shared with any third party.
Quack does not access, collect, or use any device identifiers. This includes the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), and any other unique device or user identifiers. No fingerprinting or device-level tracking of any kind is performed.
Quack does not connect to the internet. The app functions entirely offline and makes no network requests of any kind. No data is sent to or received from external servers.
Quack does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the app. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the app.
All game data, including player names and game settings, is processed locally on your device only. This data exists solely in the device's active memory (RAM) while the app is running and is never transmitted, synced, or backed up. When you close the app, all data is automatically discarded. Nothing is written to your device's permanent storage, iCloud, or any external location. At no point does any data leave your device.
Quack does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The app is entirely self-contained.
Quack does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no data whatsoever — no personal information, no device identifiers, no usage analytics, and no location data — no parental consent is required under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar regulations such as GDPR-K. The app contains no data collection, no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no external links within gameplay, making it safe for users of all ages.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, the updated version will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Since Quack collects no data, we do not anticipate significant changes.
