The service

Split offers a daily two-option vote and a streak-gated community space called Split Club for discussion and question suggestions.

Your content

You’re responsible for anything you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display and moderate that content within the app.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or abusive. Accounts that violate this may be removed.

Moderation, reporting and blocking

We use automated filtering and member reports to remove objectionable content, typically within 24 hours. You can report comments and block members inside Split Club.

No warranty

Split is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Split.

Termination

You can stop using Split and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
