Split legal
Last updated: June 2026
Split is built to be played without giving up your personal identity. This policy explains what we collect and why.
• An anonymous account ID — a random identifier created on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or phone number.
• Your votes and the stats derived from them (streak, totals).
• Any comments or question suggestions you choose to post in Split Club.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data, and Split contains no third-party ads or tracking.
Authentication and data are handled by Google Firebase (Anonymous Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data is processed on Google's infrastructure under their security and privacy terms.
Comments and replies you post in Split Club are visible to other Split Club members, shown under an anonymous handle. Don't post anything you wouldn't want other members to see.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This erases your profile, votes, comments, likes, reports, and your sign-in, and cannot be undone.
Split is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
