By using Split you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Split offers a daily two-option vote and a streak-gated community space ("Split Club") for discussion and question suggestions.
You're responsible for anything you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display and moderate that content within the app.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that targets or abuses other members. Accounts that violate this may be removed.
We use automated filtering and member reports to remove objectionable content, typically within 24 hours. You can report any comment and block any member from inside Split Club. We may remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Split is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Split.
You can stop using Split and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
